Braided Metallic Hoses

304L stainless steel is a versatile material known for its excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. With low carbon content, it minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, making it ideal for applications requiring high strength and exposure to mildly corrosive environments. 304L is a popular choice for general-purpose industrial hoses, delivering reliability in air, water, and chemical transfer applications.

316L stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance compared to 304L, particularly in marine and chloride-rich environments. Its molybdenum content enhances its ability to withstand aggressive chemicals and saltwater exposure, making it suitable for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and food-grade applications. The low carbon content ensures excellent weldability and durability, even in harsh operating conditions.

321 stainless steel is stabilized with titanium, offering exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion, even at elevated temperatures. 304L stainless steel braiding offers a strong balance of flexibility, corrosion resistance, and durability, making it an excellent choice for general-purpose metal hoses. Its compatibility with a wide range of chemicals and temperatures ensures reliable performance in industrial, automotive, and chemical processing applications.

Monel 400 braiding provides exceptional resistance to seawater, acids, and other corrosive substances, making it ideal for marine, chemical, and oil refinery environments. Its strength and resilience under extreme conditions ensure long-lasting performance in demanding applications.  

Hastelloy C276 braiding delivers superior resistance to highly aggressive chemicals, including strong acids and oxidizers. This makes it an optimal choice for hoses used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and environments exposed to extreme corrosion.
